As a child and adolescent psychologist, I offer time limited evidence-based therapy tailored to meet your goals and needs. I believe in helping young people to identify the values that are important to them in life and supporting them to live more in keeping with these values to help improve their mood and well-being.  This includes further exploration and understanding of difficulties, as well as developing practical strategies to implement in everyday life. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in order to help people achieve their goals.

I understand that coming to see a psychologist can be a daunting experience for both young people and their parent(s)/carer(s). I endeavour to provide a safe, secure space where young people can talk about their difficulties by being open, approachable, working at the right pace, and adapting sessions to fit individual needs.
